Returns Information

We hope your furry friend enjoys our delicious and nutritious dog food. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your Buddy Pet Foods purchase for a full refund or exchange.

What can be returned?

  • You can return any unopened and undamaged product within 30 days of purchase.
  • If the item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement order.

What can't be returned?

  • Opened or damaged items cannot be returned, unless the damage occurred during shipping.
  • We cannot accept returns for food that has expired or is past its best before date.

How to return an item

  1. Please contact our customer service team at hello@buddypetfoods.com or in our contact form to request a return authorization.
  2. Once you have received a return authorization, please pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the return authorization form with your shipment.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the following address:

Taste Guarantee

At Buddy, we have strong confidence in all our products and we believe in honesty. That's why we offer a flavor guarantee on all our dry and wet food. The flavor guarantee can be used after your first order if, against all odds, your dog does not like our products.

To make use of our flavor guarantee, at least 80% of the content must remain in the package and it must be returned within 30 days from the day you received the delivery. To use the flavor guarantee, email us. For more information, see our terms of purchase.

Shipping costs

  • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds and exchanges

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges will be shipped to the original shipping address.

  • We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in cases of excessive returns or suspected fraudulent activity.
